I am a second-year graduate student inthe Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Rice University. I work with Dr. Anton Villado in two main research areas: 1) skill acquisition and complex task training and 2) personnel selection. My specific interests are more related to the first area of research, particularly in teams, personality, and adaptive performance within this domain.
